➢ Registrations are non-transferable.
➢ RACE 2025 reserves the right to admission stay inside the SRIHER campus.
➢ SRIHER Campus is strictly a NO-SMOKING and NO-ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION Campus.
➢ If delegates are found to be flouting rules and regulations, RACE 2025 RESERVES the right to deny further accommodation and shall not entertain refund claims.
➢ RACE 2025 will NOT be held responsible for delegates’ loss of valuables at the conference venue or during their stay during the event.
➢ RACE 2025 shall not provide transportation to the venue for the delegates within or outside the campus.
➢ 75% of the fee (CME and accommodation) will be refunded on cancellation of registration.
➢ The request should be given in writing or by mail to reach us before 26th January 2025
➢ No refunds for requests reaching on or after 27th January 2025
➢ Settlements will be made only after the CME.
